Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely captivated by your new artwork; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for original paintings and limited edition prints. All items must be returned in their original gallery condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our studio via email within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a Return Authorization and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the artwork using the original protective materials and crate to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to the gallery.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the item back to Julie Dumbarton Fine Art using a trackable and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the artwork to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
